Desde hace unas semanas no se habla de otra cosa en todos los medios que de la “Regularización Fiscal Extraordinaria”, o “Amnistía Fiscal”, como comúnmente se la conoce, una de las medidas aprobadas por el Gobierno que se recogió en la Disposición adicional primera del Real Decreto-ley 12/2012, de 30 de marzo, por el que se introdujeron diversas medidas tributarias y administrativas dirigidas a la reducción del déficit público (B.O.E. del 31), para la que ya existe un proyecto de desarrollo normativo consistente en un borrador de Orden ministerial, que será la que apruebe el nuevo modelo de Declaración tributaria especial establecida en el anterior Real Decreto-ley y que, de aprobarse con la redacción que tiene en la actualidad, introducirá importantes cambios respecto de lo previsto inicialmente.
